Choose Regis

一道本不卡免费高清The M.S. in Accounting (MSA) program has a strong foundation in ethics, which is in high demand by corporations and accounting licensing bodies. The MSA degree focuses on the expanded knowledge base required in today's business world and provides the necessary course work to meet the "150 credit hour" requirements to sit for the CPA exam and/or the requirements for the CMA designation. Both on-campus and online (asynchronous) courses are offered.

一道本不卡免费高清The MSA degree is a 10-course, 30 credit-hour graduate program offered in both traditional 16-week and accelerated 8-week formats. (An additional six foundation courses in undergraduate business and accounting may be required, depending on your prior work experience and education. See courses listed in the Program Requirements tab). It is designed to be flexible, allowing you to focus on classes that will support your career goals. Whether or not you have already built a foundation in accounting techniques, ethics and industry technologies, your academic advisor will work with you to customize your accounting degree plan to fit your goals and special interests.

In addition to advanced accounting courses, the curriculum addresses accounting ethics, business communications, career success and working with service-focused organizations. These courses emphasize the importance of understanding the impact of one's actions on others. Case studies and experiential exercises will also prepare you for situations that will challenge you during your career.

As a graduate of the MSA program, you will have a well-rounded education that affords you access to a number of available career paths including opportunities as an accountant, auditor, cost accountant or financial analyst.

Current undergraduate Accounting students can enroll in the masters program, extending their studies by two additional semesters. (Check with your Academic Advisor):

  • 9 hours of graduate-level courses during their senior year
  • 9 hours of graduate-level courses during the summer after undergraduate graduation
  • 12 hours of graduate-level courses during the fall semester
  • (New students can complete 12 hours in the fall, 12 in the spring, and 6 hours in the summer semesters)
